Agile for Business Executives
Through the Agile for Business Executive Workshop, Bodon Draiger will provide executives with a high-level overview of what Agile means to their business, the benefits of transforming, and the impact to organizational culture. This tailored workshop will be the basis for discussions centered around Lean Budgeting, Value Streams, Value Driven Delivery | Business & Technical Process Transformation | Automation of Decision Making | Agile Portfolio, Program Project Management | Agile Scaling.
Value Streams Workshop
Bodon Draiger will lead the executives through a deep dive into Lean Portfolio Management. This multi-day workshop focuses on Operational and Development Value Stream mapping exercises. At the completion of this workshop, business and technical leaders will have a clear understanding of Lean budgets, what perceived and achieved “value” is and how to budget, fund and deliver value for their customers.
SAFe© Executive Workshop
Executives will be introduced to SAFe© and the many benefits offered through a SAFe© adoption. Topics include: The Challenge of Digital Disruption, Introduction to the Lean Enterprise, and Leading the Lean Enterprise. Additionally, Bodon Draiger will cover the certification options for enterprise staff.
Nexus© Executive Workshop
Executives will be introduced to Agile scaling utilizing the Nexus© Framework. Topics covered include: Scrum and Kanban Teams working together at Scale, Integration of work product, dependency and risk evaluation, roles and responsibilities, ceremonies and events.
Agile Chartering Workshop
Executives will become familiar with Agile charters, terminology and vast reasoning for kicking off their Agile transformation with a formalized Charter. This workshop is for writing the rough draft charter document for initial consumption by key executives, key stakeholders, partners, guiding coalition, and staff with influence for a successful transformation.
